Plan

 

     First, we start out with the prototype development. Our conversion person has a development site. I will be signing on to help in many ways.  The conversion person says that it will take from six months to a year to finish, and he says six months is more likely. Once the prototype is finished and the patent secured, I will be happy to test it. I am an expert driver, and since the initial version will not have a govenor, it will take a top flight driver to test it.

     Once testing is completed, the next step is to find and rent a warehouse to be used as a custom parts manufacturing site and conversion center. Paul, the conversion specialist says he will be able to convert 5 cars per week in the first phase. Each will will bring a net $4,000 in profit, after parts and labor. We will need some special technicians to run the manufacuring site.  After a while it will be neccesary to open up satelite conversion sites and turn the initial building into a factory only site. I suggest 4 sites to start. Old gas stations, closed down lube places. Paul and Russell will be needed to train the personell needed for these sites. Once these people are fully trained, Paul and Russelll will only be needed for consulting after that. First 4, then when we hit 12 we will need another factory, and so on.

     At first, we will not need much advertising. Once the public becomes aware of the project, we will quickly have 

a waiting list. Later we will start out with inexpensive newspaper and magazine ads. Then we will move on to radio, then short 30 second t.v. ads, "Never go to the gas station again" showing driving quietly in blue sky backround. This website contains much of the information in my business plan.

Terms and conditions.

     I am looking for a partnership with someone already in the public eye, to be the face of the project, so I can stay on the sidelines, while doing everything I can to move his project forward. You may want to hand this over to a trusted business friend who will get a fair share of the profits. I suggest 20%. The remaining 50% will bring you collossal profits. You can run the company by remote if your business friend lives here in L.A. I will sign over 70% to you, while keeping 15% for myself, and giving 5% each to the conversion specialist and his partner and 3% for the battery specialist and 2% for the office manager/procurement person. This will be in exchange for $1.5 million in two equal payments, the second payment after 4 years depending upon an mutually agreed upon amount of progress made. If the agreed upon amount of progress made is not met, there will be no second payment and the rights to he project revert back to me. Low risk, mindboggling profit potential. I have a business plan. The prototype and patent cost will be $220,000 for the parts, labor and security systems. $35,000 at the start for the conversion specialist and the same for his partner and the same upon completion. Plus $400,000 for my taxes. Total starting cost $2,120,000. Battery factory/Convesion center costs. Personell, $442.000 1 yr. Site rental, 1 yr. $96,000. Factory tooling, $7,000,000. Supplies and stock parts for conversions: $370,000 Total: 7,900,000. Total investment cost: $10,028,000 Second payment for purchase of 70% due in four years as shown above. All later stages and expansion will be covered by profits. All of the above terms are non-negotiable. 

     The environmental automaker partner has to commit to converting used cars and making new ones. When we reach the stage of leasing the design to all automakers around the world, the leasing automakers must also agree to convert used cars as well. I will be looking for a simple one or two page contract with no legalese and no fine print that states that you will not be able to transfer or sell the company.

     The future of personal transportation.

     Now Cadillac is preparing to sell a driverless car. With my innovation we could see a future like this:

     You order up a schedule or ride on your computer or hand held device or phone and when it's time for you to go to work or go out, or go long distance the car is waiting for you. When you get to work or where you're going the car goes out to pick up someone else. My invention would be perfect for this as it has unlimited range and could work 24 hours if needed. Instead of having a car sitting in your garage all night, the car would be put to use. And by taking the human aspect out of driving it will make it much safer. No more accidents. No more head on collisions or drunk driving.  The car will use satelite guidance seystems, will be aware of other cars, and willl have heat sensors to avoid hitting pedestrians or animals.The car will have no inside controls, you just get in and enjoy the ride.

 

When Henry Ford first started into assembly line production, I bet he had no idea how his cars were going to affect the atmosphere. As an automotive person I am sure you know the red sky pictured in my website is the

result of fossil fuel emmisions.

     

     We can save the world and it will be fun.
